About the
Artist
A dedicated professional, Ann
holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in harp
performance.
Ann is principal harpist for the
Milwaukee Ballet Orchestra, and is a longtime
substitute with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra.
She was privileged to have performed at Carnegie
Hall and the Kennedy Center as second harpist with
the Milwaukee Symphony.
As an active free lance
performer, Ann has performed in the orchestras for
such luminaries as Luciano Pavarotti, Rudolf
Nureyev, Johnny Mathis, Tony Bennett and other.
Touring show experience includes Evita, Damn
Yankees, Chorus Line, and Peter Pan.
Extended engagements at
Milwaukee's famous Pfister Hotel, as well as the
Hyatt Regency, have given Ann the opportunity to
develop a crowd pleasing repertoire.
Dedicated to passing the
tradition of harp playing on to others, Ann
maintains a studio of private students.
Additionally she is on the faculties of the
University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and the
Wisconsin Conservatory of Music.

Orchestra. She was privileged to have performed at
Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center, and Teatro
Amadeo Roldan in Cuba as second harpist with the
Milwaukee Symphony.
Ann plays the classic concert
harp or the smaller Celtic style lever harp. The
Celtic harp's portability is an advantage at many
locations.
Her professional experience has
encompassed many corporate and private events
including weddings, receptions, banquets, in store
promotions, even a tea for the Duchess of
York!
